Job Title: Front of House Team Member

Location: LB’s Coffee Shop, Litchfield, WS14 0PS

Contract Type: Full Time, Part Time and Zero Hour Contracts available

Are you a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a vibrant and dynamic environment? LB’s Coffee Shop is seeking enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our coffee shop on a zero hour contract basis!

About Us: At LB’s, we believe in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers while serving top-quality coffee and delicious cakes. Our team is dedicated to providing outstanding service, and we are looking for Front of House Team Members who share our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude

• Take orders at the counter and manage customer transactions efficiently

• Prepare and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately

• Ensure the soft play is cleaned thoroughly throughout the day and upheld to the highest standards

• Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including clearing tables and washing dishes

• Assist with the setup and restocking of displays and merchandise

• Respond to customer questions and provide information about menu items in an enthusiastic and upbeat manner

• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth service

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential

• Must be able to work weekends

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends (especially), and holidays

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
