FAQ
Note: this is not a service monitored or ran by LB’s, and is simply room hire.
The soft play area has a maximum capacity of 15 children, all aged 4 and under.
We can accommodate up to 15 adults
in our soft play area. If you have more guests, they can overflow into our
coffee shop or pergola (due to health and safety guidelines). However, since
the coffee shop is open to the public, we cannot guarantee that seating will be
available.
Feel free to decorate the room
with balloons and banners, but please avoid sticking anything to the soft play
area or painted walls. Confetti cannons and party poppers are not allowed.
You’ll need to bring your own setup materials, and you’ll have access to the
room 5-10 minutes before your booking. Unfortunately, we can’t extend setup
time as we conduct a deep clean between sessions.
Each private hire session is 90
minutes long.
All children using the soft play
area must be 4 years old or younger.
Of course! You’re welcome to bring decorations to make the room feel extra special. Just keep in mind that you’ll have access to the room only 5-10 minutes before your booking, as we’ll be completing a deep clean. We also kindly ask that you take all rubbish with you when you leave.
You’re welcome to bring children’s
food, as we know how costly parties can be and how picky little ones can be!
Please note, you’ll need to provide your own tableware (plates, napkins, and
cutlery) for any food you bring.
We kindly ask that all adult food
and drinks are purchased from our coffee shop.
You can receive a 50% refund of your full payment up to one week before your booking. Unfortunately, after this time, the payment is non-refundable and your booking cannot be transferred to a different date.
As you are choosing private room hire, our flat fee for exclusive use of the space still applies. This ensures that no members of the public can book the same date and time.
Our private hire sessions are 90 minutes long. However, if you’d like to extend the session, you can book two back-to-back private hire sessions, giving you a total of 3 hours and 30 minutes, as no deep clean will be conducted between sessions
Our private hire sessions are a flat fee of £199 for up to 30 guests, including both adults and children. This includes 90 minutes of exclusive use of the space. Please note, this is a room hire service only and is not monitored or managed by LB’s.
You will have access to the room 5-10 minutes before your booking. Unfortunately, we cannot extend setup time, as we conduct a non-negotiable deep clean between sessions.
You’re more than welcome to bring a birthday cake! We just ask that you bring your own supplies such as a lighter, knife, candles, napkins, and plates. Please note, sparklers are not allowed as they may trigger our fire alarms.
Unfortunately, as per our T&Cs, your booking time slot is fixed. If you arrive late, the remaining time of your session will be shortened, and no extra time will be added.
You can absolutely pre order drinks however we do not offer a pre-ordering food service.
