Private Hire Terms & Conditions
- This is a room hire package only. Your session will not be run or monitored by LB’s. You are responsible for all children
attending and ensuring compliance with our T&C’s. - You will have access to the soft play room 5-10 minutes prior to your booking. Please do not arrive earlier, as staff will not be able to let you in due to our strict cleaning policy
- A 15-minute warning will be given before your departure. Please use this time to get ready to leave, ensuring you vacate no later than 5 minutes after your booking ends. Our staff will begin the deep clean once your timeslot concludes and will kindly ask you to leave. Failure to do so may result in additional charges and restrictions on future bookings.
- You will have full exclusivity of our soft play area for 90 minutes. Your booking time slot is fixed. If you arrive late, the remaining time of your session will be shortened, and no extra time will be added.
- You are responsible for any damage to our soft play area. In the event of significant damage, we will provide photographic and CCTV evidence, and your card on file will be charged for the necessary repair costs. All decorations and rubbish must be removed upon departure.
- Our soft play area has a maximum capacity of 15 children, all aged 4 and under. If this limit is exceeded, if children older than 4 are playing in the area, or if damage occurs to the soft play, we may ask members of your party to leave in accordance with our strict health and safety regulations.
- Maximum of 15 adults in the soft play room at any one time. Adults must either be seated at a table or in our turfed soft play section. It is essential that adults do not block staff from bringing hot drinks and food through.
- By making this booking, you agree to our standard soft play T&C’s, which include:
– No shoes allowed on the soft play, for both adults and children.
– All food and drink must remain on the tables at all times.
-You are responsible for watching the children at all times.
-LB’s will provide antibacterial and relevant cleaning supplies; however, you are responsible for cleaning up any accidental bodily fluids from your child, such as urine, vomit, feces, or blood. - 50% of your booking fee is refundable up to 1 week prior to your event. After this time, the payment is non-refundable, and date
changes are not permitted. - For health and safety reasons, sparklers, confetti cannons, and party poppers are not allowed.
- If you bring a birthday cake or food for the children, please ensure you bring your own supplies, including a knife, plates, napkins, candles, and a lighter.
- No food is permitted on the soft play at any time. Staff will ask members of your party to leave if this rule is not followed, and all rubbish must be taken with you upon departure.
- All adult food and drinks must be purchased from our coffee shop.
- Due to limited space, pushchairs are not allowed inside. You may leave them under our waterproof pergola outside, but please note that LB’s is not responsible for any belongings.
